Organic milk from our own cows matures into yogurt with beneficial bacteria Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus acidophilus. White Hollandia yogurt – that means glossy and smooth surface, milky and soft acidic aroma, plump texture that is solid on the spoon while pleasantly crisp on the palate, and an irreproducible complex flavour of real yogurt.
