Hollandia Karlovy Vary s.r.o. has been awarded the Award for Innovative Food Product of 2019 for the entire lactose free product line. The competition was organized by the Federation of the Food and Drink Industries of the Czech Republic.
The prize related to innovation in foods intended for special nutrition. This has already been the second award that Hollandia has received for its lactose free product line this year.
The 100th anniversary of the establishment of Czechoslovakia was this year’s theme for the prestigious Confectioner’s Contest in 2018, which takes place every two years. The winner was Jana Šplíchalová from the Secondary Vocational School and the Secondary Vocational School of Horky nad Jizerou with commis Natalia Tůmová. We congratulate to both of them.
This year contest was held at FOR GASTRO & HOTEL at Letňany Exhibition Center. Visitors could enjoy a rich program and a delicious food. The confectionery products that visitors had the opportunity to taste were made, among other things, from the Farmhouse yogurts Hollandia. And who did not want a sweet one could stop at our stand for this year’s novelty – Yogurt Smoothie Balance.
We believe that the visitors enjoyed the fair and took home a lot of experiences and goodies.
